ONLINE 5 CLASS SERIES:
A course sharing womb and postpartum care practices through an East Asian folk lens, while inviting you to trace your ancestral roots and your relationship to the land around you.
Part practical knowledge share, part cultural and diasporic identity exploration, this five-week course weaves together hearth, ritual, food, body care, and folk herbalism. Paired with self-inquiry practices, it invites the unfolding of your own tending practice for the women and mothers in your community.
